This is a drop-in program for families with toddler and preschool aged children.  Special Halloween storytime and Costume Parade  on October 31st .
Pajama Storytime
Monday, October 7th 6 PM

Pajama storytime is a drop-in program for families with children of all ages. Come dressed in your pajamas and get comfy while we share a few stories
Baby and Me
Friday, October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th at 10AM

Saturday, October 26th at 10 AM
Baby and Me is for babies ages 0 to 15 months. This drop-in short storytime is an interactive session where you’ll learn rhymes, songs, and activities to share with your little one.
Donuts with Dad
Saturday, October 26th at 11AM

Join us for a roar-ing good time at Donuts with Dad. Hear a story, do a craft and enjoy a donut. Any adult is welcome if Dad can’t make it. Donuts donated by our local Dunkin’ Donuts. This program is drop-in for families with children of all ages.

If you are a beginning or struggling reader, need a confidence boost with reading, or would like to become familiar with dogs in a comfortable and friendly environment, come in and meet Clyde, a therapy dog who loves meeting new people. This program is brought to you by our partnership with Dog B.O.N.E.S .


Family Game Night

We will have different literacy building games available in a variety of reading ability levels.

Creative Writing Workshop
Tuesdays, August 6th, and 13th 3-4 PM
Writing is a powerful tool for creativity, self expression, and literacy skills. Join us as we work on writing and storytelling skills as well as discover poetry and other means of  expression.  Ages 8-14

Drop-in Chess
Every Tuesday evening in October from 5-7PM

Drop-in Chess is a program for children to come in and learn the game of chess as well as the chance to play with other children. This program is instructed by our High School volunteer. This program is for children of all ages

Family Movie Matinee
The Nightmare Before Christmas:
rated PG, 76 minutes
Saturday, October 12th at 2PM

This month for Halloween we will be playing the classic “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. This is a  drop-in program for families with children of all ages. There will be free popcorn generously donated by Trucchi’s Supermarket.

Pokémon / Yu-Gi-Oh Club
Wednesday, October 16th at 4PM

During this program we will play short Pokémon/Yu-Gi-Oh movies. This program is drop-in for children 12 and under. play!

Buzz Lightyear Storytime
Tuesday October 15 10:30AM
Bring your preschool-aged child and watch a literary character come to life in the U.Fund Start U.Reading program. Children will hear stories and then have the opportunity to meet popular book character Buzz Lightyear.

Halloween Themed Family Dance Party
Tueday October 29 4PM
Costume optional party with Halloween themed songs. Wear your dance shoes and get spooky.
Halloween Storytime and Costume Parade
Thursday October 31 10AM
Costume Optional— come for a story and parade through the library, trick or treating at different departments.. Bring a bag for your treats.
