For the safety of our staff and patrons, we ask that masks be worn during programs for adults and children ages 2 and up.

Family Storytime
1:30-2pm Monday October 4, 18, 25
10am – 10:30am Thursday October 7, 14, 21, 28
Join us as we read a few stories, learn rhymes and songs, and play a few games.

Cozy Baby Time
10am – 12pm Friday October 8, 22
This cozy baby time is intended for babies ages 0 – 18 months and their caregivers. We are opening up the auditorium twice a month for this special, quieter, chill baby and caregiver time. There will be soft toys, quiet music, pillows and board books for caregivers to read to their babies. This is not a librarian led storytime but children’s librarians will be available for guidance and questions.

Monster Mash Magnet Craft
Saturday October 9th 11am – 12:30
Great family craft, age 5 and up (or 4 with help)
Do the monster mash and make your own paper mache magnets. Supplies included.

Pokémon Club
Wed Oct 13 3:30pm-5pm
Drop in program where you can show off your Pokémon cards and share their love for Pokémon while making friends and watching a Pokémon movie or a couple of episodes of the television show.

Bookworm Buddies
Grades K-2
October 25th at 6pm
Narwhal and Jelly: Unicorn of the Sea by Ben Clanton
Sign up starting October 4
We’ll provide you with a library copy of the book, and then on October 25th we can get together and talk about it (snacks provided) then do a craft.

Choose Your Own Adventure Read Aloud Book Club
Grades 3-5
Tuesday Oct 26 6:30pm-7:30pm
In this monthly book club you will receive a passport and earn stickers each time you participate in our monthly program! Participant-led, you get to choose the story as we read it! Sign up to let us know you’ll attend!

Middle Grade Book Club
(help us choose a name!)
Grades 6-8
Wednesday Oct 27 6:30pm-7:30pm
First book: Love Sugar Magic : A Dash of Trouble by Anna Meriano. Call to sign up and get a copy of Love Sugar Magic. We’ll discuss the book, and do an activity or craft! Sign up to let us know you’ll attend, we’ll have copies of the book for you to check out!

Outdoor Library Trick or Treating
Friday October 29 5pm – 6:30pm
Come by the library after we close and trick or treat along the outside of our building. Dress up and join the fun!

1000 Books Before Kindergarten
Sign your child up to read 1000 books before they enter Kindergarten. Log any books (no matter how many times) you read to your newborn/ infant/ toddler and they can receive a free book at 500 and 1000 books read!

Our month long scavenger hunt will be happening at the library, as usual!
